ATS courier boy not returned shipment and update false remark that is seller rejected. this is very bad and after 50 days safe-t claim also denied. resion - you are not available or you refused shipment. no action on ATS.

Thats Exactly whats been happening to , Create a case and specifically mention that you need a Leader-Ship call from Amazon if get a call Explain to the LeaderShip team and before that keep all the orderIDs ready to submit and if you do not get the call keep on asking because every executive cant escalate your case to LeaderShip team. I am also in talk with them if resolved will let you know.
