I’m not too worried as this has happened before - very seldom, but it does.
Last time I just needed to wait a bit, and eventually (maybe within half an hour, I can’t remember) it finally appeared.
I have now two items saying incomplete and not appering, and the first was listed at 9:53, so yes it’s taking a bit long.
Till that moment, I listed many without a problem.
If it lasts much longer it might be good to alert Seller Support to it so they can alert their tech service.
