SFP and DPD not delivering parcels on time
Hi,
I recently joined the SFP program and 3 of 5 Prime parcels that I sent (Buy shipping- DPD) yesterday has not been delivered today. I have checked their trackings and all three show the same status:

|12 Aug 2019 15:08|Glasgow Eurocentral|We have your parcel and it’s on its way to you|
What should I do in this situation? Can I be removed from the SFP program even when I did everything correctly? Can this be DPD tracking bug?

According to the Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime help page, here are the criteria for maintaining the eligibility to participate in the program:
- Maintain a Professional selling plan : You must have an account with a professional selling plan, and the account must be active and in good standing.
- Buy Shipping from supported carriers via Amazon Buy Shipping services : For at least 98% of Prime orders, you are required to buy delivery labels from supported carriers for Seller-Fulfilled Prime via Buy Shipping Services.
- On time Shipping : You must maintain an on-time shipment rate of at least 99% on all Prime orders.
- Cancellation rate : Your cancellation rate must not exceed 1% on Prime orders.
- Maintain minimum parcel per day requirements set by the Prime carrier that you are onboarded with :
- Royal Mail: no minimum limit.
- DPD: 2 parcels.
- Amazon Shipping: 10 parcels (excluding letters).
- Carrier collection time: For Standard or One-day Delivery Seller-Fulfilled Prime orders, the carrier must pick up from the seller’s location at or after 2.30 p.m. local time.
Since On-time Delivery isn’t one of them, your SFP eligibility wouldn’t be removed if you shipped on time and the late delivery was the carrier’s fault.
All customer service for Seller Fulfilled Prime orders is supposed to be handled by Amazon, so as long as no refund was issued, I don’t think that you need to take any action.
