Change Address to P.O. Box to get ungated?
I am a new seller and plan to start my business. Many items are ungated and would like to order inventory. I live in an apartment building that has a shady track record of items going missing from our mail room. (Thieves) Lets say I wanted to ship my inventory to a PO box or a UPS box for security reasons. Is it possible to use a box mentioned and then use the address to prove to ungate items?

You think about selling brands on Amazon? You need following:
1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.
2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered it in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address". And an authorized distributor is a company authorized by the brand owner. If you buy on the WEBSITE of a brand, you get a receipt and not an invoice.
Being "approved" or "ungated" by Amazon doesn't mean that you are allowed to sell it on Amazon. Yes, this is disturbing and a big trap for new sellers.
Now, where you want your orders to be delivered to, you have to arrange with the distributor you buy from. Amazon has nothing to do with this. Of course, since Amazon will ask you (as said above) an invoice to your name you should make deliver to your address, exactly as in your account settings. Use a freight forwarder and make an appointment for the delivery.
