INFORM Act Tax Questionnaire is asking for an Indian PAN for a US LLC

My Amazon Seller account for the US marketplace, is registered under a US LLC taxed as a Corporation.

While completing the INFORM Act Tax Questionnaire, I was prompted to provide an Indian Permanent Account Number (PAN). Since the LLC does not have a PAN, I submitted my individual PAN to proceed. However, the tax identity verification was unsuccessful.

How can I resolve this?

Did the provided documentation match the account details you have in seller central? Did you verify that the documents you have could be used to verify the information in the account?
