SFP Trial - What are the sequence of events

In March we were in SFP Trial and then we had our SFP "revoked" and then went into SFP Trial again for 30 days. We met all of the requirements and passed the 30 day trial period and are now "enrolled".

We are experiencing delays with a specific carrier (clearly weather delays) but that is not noted on the tracking.

If we end up not meeting the required metrics will we be put back into SFP Trail period or will we automatically be "revoked" since we recently came out of SFP Trial?

Would like a CLEAR explanation of the sequence of events for a situation like this.
