Customers Stating They are not Receiving Packages
I have seen a HUGE increase in the number of customers stating they have not received their FBM order even though the tracking information says it was delivered. I can't give refunds/replacements to all of them or it will cost me a fortune. So I have to take my chances with A to Z claims. This is causing my buyer dissatisfaction rate to increase. Is anyone else experiencing this issue with customers stating they have not received their package as well?

I wanted to make sure you had this page detailing the protections against such claims offered by Amazon Buy Shipping, and this page recommending the capture of signatures on deliveries to also help avoid such scenarios.
