Issue with Incorrect Brand on my listings
I keep getting policy violations in my account because I'm trying to update my licensed products. The products I'm trying to updatehave incorrect brand information from someone who previously uploaded the product. I have GS1 proof as well as UPC proof that these products are my manufactured by my brand. However, Amazon continues to not update the brand for my products. Please help. Case ID: 9968169032

Just following this as I have the same issue it is insanely frustrating how dogmatic amazon are on these, we launched a new brand off the success off of a product and now amazon won't let us update the brand name on the original product even though it is only a few letters changed!

Amazon will not change any brand or image, the only person that can change it is the person who created the listing and they could be long gone, so add this to the rest of the 100,000's of listings that either have errors or the wrong brand and you have a situation where they are all being deactivated and nobody will do anything about it and that is a fact.
From my 10 years on Amazon, only once did I ever get a wrong image changed and that was after 20 interactions with seller support and 5 emails to the MD's office, so don't hold out much hope on this one.
