Deferred Transactions - They have not been paid yet.

All these orders are "Deferred Transactions".

They have all been delivered to the clients and the "Payment Release" date has already passed.

Why haven't these orders "entered" my account yet?

These orders should change from "Deferred Transactions" status to "Standard Orders".

Why are these transactions still in Deferred status?

Are you sure it is not Amazon holdback reserves to cover the risk of returns?

Are those the dates the funds are release or the date that they would have normally been paid out, but the Delivery Date Policy kicked in for high velocity during the holidays.

If you check your "Payment" menu and click the "Deferred Transaction" link next to the payment total behind held, it will give you a detailed break down of each transaction and the date of the release.

For example for us the first line says 1/22 as the invoice date and the release date is 2/21 because it is an Amazon Business account, then it states the type of deferred transaction which is "invoiced order" so an order Amazon provided terms for.

I got same issues. Delivered orders which had payment release date on Jan 22,23,24,26,27 still are in the deferred payments.

May just be an error and those are actually invoiced orders? Seems unlikely, but I actually seem to have a shortage of orders listed as invoiced. Could also be there was a problem with the payment or maybe the buyers opened returns possibly claiming the items weren't delivered? Or it sounds like they might hold funds if they are expecting a chargeback/fraudulent payment info. See https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GLRNLZDAKHDBBVBY

Are there more from other date ranges or are they all for those two days?
