Customer complains about inauthetic product so I have provern to AMazon it is authentic

with around 25 invoices from Supplier Direct as it is their product and I am an approved reseller of their product.

Yet Amazon have removed the listing and will not remove the mark on my Account Health nor Reinstate it.

Seller SUpport are of course no use whatsoever.

I have proven that the customers complaint is false so now is my only option the legal route with Amazon?

did the customer complain to you - or did amazon report a complaint.

I ask as we had one recently - a product that is alwayu £250+ that although we created an amazon listing for - we never listed a live quantity and never sold any (obv). We left it in our inventory just to keep an eye on the selling price etc.

this is where it get's strange we looked the asin up on that camel price comparision reporting site - and it seems Amazon Retail had this item listed for sale for £65 in July - there is no way it could be £65 so either amazon had sourced a rogue unit from somewhere or got an asin mixed up and shipped one of their customers a wrong item - which was then complained about.

then to save face - it seems they then slapped a "customer complaint inauthentic" on every seller with it in their inventory (live or not).

still being investigated - luckily we did buy some of this in for stock for other parts of the business and we could supply a valid invoice.
