Received email regarding outstanding amount on seller account that was diabled 3 years ago.
Hi Support,
I disabled this account 2.5 or 3 years ago and recently I started receiving emails from Amazon that there is an outstanding amount :
We could not verify the charge method you provided for your seller account. Common reasons for this include:
I wanted to close this account however Amazon support told me not to close it and disable it you can enable it whenever you can and Amazon won't charge you for this.
I wanted to close this account and tried to contact Amazon no one helped there are no contact numbers for the UK seller account anymore that I can contact.
Could someone please help?
