Can New Owner Re-Register My Brand on Amazon After I Sell the Trademark?
If I sell my trademark and brand name, can the new owner apply for brand registry under that brand name for their own account even if it’s already registered under my account?

Hello @Seller_Lnee6bgTPg887,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to assist. The quick answer is yes, but for more detail please head to the FAQ page on the Brand Services site. Scroll down to "Manage Brand users," and hit the + sign next to "Can I access my brand if the current Brand Registry Administrator has left the company, or if I acquired a brand or purchased a trademark but the previous owner remains the Administrator?"
Remember that the TM record at the related government trademark office must show the ownership change.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Best, Dougal
