ASIN for items that I break down from larger products and sell from Wholesalers

I've been selling on an ASIN that does have a brand gate but the product is already existing. I recently got a customer complaint on authenticity regarding the item and I need to prove invoices for the exact ASIN but the items I buy are big lots from distribution which im authorized to sell and I break them down into smaller packs and package them myself to sell. So I am unable to produce any of the ASIN on my invoices that matches the listing. How do I go about to fix this?

  3. Please include contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, and website. We may contact your supplier to verify the documents. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.
  4. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.
