No featured offers available

Hello, I noticed some of my ASINs lost the buy box and are "No featured offers available" and when I clic on "See buying options" there's my offers available.

We are the only manufacturer and seller of this product. Our account is in good standing and the score is Healthy. We didn't receive claims or negative feedback or review.

Also: the products are personalized.

Anyone can help?

You are a merchant fulfilled seller so the featured offer is sensitive to any unfortunate shipping situation.

If, for some reason, the shipments are taking too much time and you have not even received a notification, you would not know about the problem. But if the postage carrier is taking too much time to deliver the package, Amazon would remove your featured offer for that ASIN until the problem is corrected.

I understand that you see your account in good standing but this problem would be something you are unaware of. I takes troubleshooting efforts to find out the specific reason. But if you want to resolve this, you have two options.

1. If you convert your items to FBA, you will immediately win the featured offer at all times and never have this problem again.

2. You can just wait and keep on sending your shipments as fast as possible so your metrics can be better and, hopefully, fix the problem.

A lot of sellers are facing this issue including us. Amazon says that you have potential high price (relatively higher than recent prices), but most of our competitors are selling at high prices than ours.

Why Amazon don't understand that we were selling at Break-even prices and if they raise their commission, fulfillment fee or any other charges, sellers have to increase prices.
