Repost: How to fix stranded inventory in irregular account status/deactivated account?

Reposting due to wrong images attached.

I stopped selling Spring 2023 and created a Removal order for all units. However, some units became stranded, for whatever reason. My account has since been deactivated. I’m still getting monthly charges for the stranded inventory (13 units). The system does not allow me to create another Removal order, because “inventory in location that cannot process Removals - please contact us”. 

BUT when I try to contact Amazon seller central, under HELP bottom I do not see any choices I can click on. Maybe because my account has been deactivated so they removed my right to contact anyone? 

I'm literally so sick of being in this loop where I'm required to remove inventory but there's no way for me to remove it. I keep getting charged and there's no one to support!!! Please help me find a way to stop the charges. I contacted multiple lines with Amazon and was pretty much told her that there is no way to contact Amazon seller central directly other than the help button, which again I cannot access.

Amazon support, in all ways, is profoundly undependable.

Is it possible for you just to cancel the credit card on file? I understand that this is an annoying process, but it would solve your problem in its entirety.

Thank you for the thorough post and included screenshots. Did you submit a Seller Support case for this? If so can you please provide me with a case ID. I will want to escalate, but need a case to escalate.
