After successfully passing the 3rd section and the video call, section 3 came again.

I successfully submitted the section 3 and video call request I received before and sent the product originality authorization letter, invoice and other documents. But section 3 came again. Even though I sent all the documents, I did not get any results. This verification and response taking a long time or no response is causing great harm to my Amazon business. Can you review? Please can you help? Case ID 16031459131
