Live chat/ Phone options only way to reopen support cases.
This is an incredibly frustrating option for any seller that juggles multiple support cases (and who doesn't) email may no be the fastest way to get a resolution on a single case but it is far more efficient (and the support agents via the live chat seem even less competent than those via email). Let us reopen our cases using our preferred means of communication!

with all the money Amazon makes they should improve their phone system!!! Their support is pretty much useless. They dance around most issues just to make you feel like you are getting support and that is only when the calls actually don’t drop! Shame on them!!!
