my account got deactivated with no reason- seeking help from senior sellers and amazon
i am seliing in multiple marketplaces from same seller account, my amazon.com account got deactivated suddenly by 26th of june with no perior notice or warning , by 28th of june i received perfomance notification to submit my seller identity verification. and by the same day evening all of my marketplaces got deactivated . i have submitted documents to verify my seller identity. the seller verification was approved by 4th of july . till now my account was still in deactivation.. there was no other issues in my account. i have appealed multiple times and i have called account health team multiple times, they are also telling that "my account got deactivated only for the identity verification ,and the verification was successfully approved ", they told me to wait for the amazon to reactivate my account. it has been 18 days since my account got verified but till now there was no improvement ,there is no proper reply from amazon and my account was still in deactivation.
actually my selller verification for .com marketplace was done by febraury month itself and it was approved and everything was went soomthly .... if they need to verify my seller account again then they can send notice . but without any prior notice how can they deactivate suddenly... there was no mistake or any violation done from my side. my account health is always full in all of my marketplaces... there was sudden huge drop of my business since amazon did this eventhough there is nothing wrong in my side. i need help from senior sellers and amazon support team about my issue

I went through the same exact problem. Man what a nightmare it was. For me also it all started with a performance notification on 26th June (wouldn't be surprised if it was the same person who deactivated both our accounts). Over USD 4000 was stuck thanks to this. It all started with my UK marketplace account. And because my other marketplaces were linked, everything got deactivated one after another. It was a complete nightmare. It was awful. Been selling on Amazon for 4 years, and it was downright the most difficult period ever. Multiple account health specialists asked me to give up and move on, but I didn't give up. I kept fighting for it.
I'm not a very senior seller, but some suggestions I can give you:
1) Open every single marketplace and check for performance notifications. Whether or not you actively sell in those marketplaces, doesn't matter. Open every single marketplace one at a time, and check for performance notifications.
2) Open the identity information in every marketplace and ensure it's accurate and consistent. Make sure you are using the same identity document throughout.
3) First and foremost, try identifying which marketplace is the root cause of the problem. You may not know it, but most likely it all started from one marketplace and then because your accounts are linked, everything else got blocked.

some of the sellers got this same problem so i really wanted to post here to help other seller by let them know how i got over this issue.
my account got activated at last.. for everything i have to thank god only....
i have contacted account health support team multiple times from my indian marketplace but everyone replied the same thing that my account got deactivated due to verification process in .com marketplace and since the verification was done successfully they tells me to ask account health team on .com marketplace about what else i should do to reactivate my account. they said that they are unable to check my .com marketplace since i called them from .in .
my problem was i am unable to contact anyone in .com since i have changed my plan to induvidual sales plan from professional sales plan , calling option was disabled on induvidual plan and i am unable to change my account back to professional selling plan since my account was in deactivation status.
i am disheartened ,account health team raised cases internally multiple times and nothing happened... no one can find solution for my problem . at last by god's grace one day when i call account health team a person named "shravan" picked up my call and he said that he had access to my .com marketplace . he checked everything and he said that there was no other problem from my side and there is no additional steps needed from my side , he said that he will rise a complaint from his side internally he assure me that he will followup the case untill the case get resolved , he tells me to follow only one thing... he said that i should not rise any other complaint or case in any situation untill he call me back and he tells me to check perfomance notification. i have no other choice , i believed him and started to wait, immediatly after the call the case was closed as answered but it perfomance notification they said that the case is sent for 2nd review. i waited for 12 hard days ,there was no call as he said and there was no update as he said in perfomance notification. i waited patiently after 12th day i received email from amazon.com that my account got verified , next day my account got reactivated. with that screenshot i activated all my remaining account ..
before deactivation there was no prior notice , there was no emails or perfomance notification asking me for verification... they just deactivated my account and then only they ask me to complete verification process. even after verification also they kept my account deactivated for another 20 days.
my business was stoped all of the sudden for one month with no mistakes from my side.. if they want they can do anything.
i wants to say only one thing to all amazon sellers.
"here the business control is not in your hand anything can happened at anytime , if you sell on amazon always expect anything"
