Ive had a £30 item stuck at Jubilee MC for 8 days with no movement and the customer telling me they had been told delivery would be late? Not by me they didnt and they now want a refund or a date when delivery will be made.

I lost a lot of post that was posted out on the 23rd the first day of Lockdown . That was sent out from Baker Street central London.

Some people are trying it on, some are genuine.
They must be short of money especially with everything on lockdown

Having the same issues. My postmaster told me that in some cases they have stopped updating the tracking due to volume, hence I went to see why my stuff was at the post office, but it wasn’t
I then had a customer want a refund a week later, I left it a day, refunded it, then it got delivered to them, but it still said At Post Office. I’ve refunded around £400 in the last two weeks, and I know in three of those cases they got the items as they came back to me. Been given two bad feedbacks. Getting right royally screwed at the moment

This is a major problem Royal mail have half there staff off self quarantine I had to wait 2 weeks for my post, there not lost there just stuck in a bag in sorting office waiting to go out its a disgrace, could be 3 weeks before they arrive

My brother and my cousin both work for Royal Mail, they have limited or no PPE equipment, they sort Mail in close proximity to one another and they are supplying their own masks. Lots of the staff have already gone off sick in their office and some are not coming in as they feel it’s unsafe. Can you blame them? We have sent everything, regardless of the item value, as signed for mail since the lockdown, we use Royal Mail and sent around 25 units per day at present, nothing has gone missing as yer and deliveries seem to be getting made, if not a few days later than the estimate. In all honesty, if you ship a parcel at this point in time then you take on the risks that go with operating in a crisis! Saying it is a disgrace, as one seller put it, is mindful ignorance at best. It’s time for putting up and shutting up and getting in with it in my opinion.

Yes -sent a £70 box set of cds tracked to Germany which then sat in England for 10 days and then in Germany for 3 . The Germans said they attempted delivery but nobody in -yeah during lockdown no-one in ? AS IF
-When the recipient enquired why they hadn’t left a note they attempoted delivery the story changed to , ‘‘the address was wrong,’’ and that it had been sent back here . A load of nonsense and of course it hasn’t come back here either.

Your item is on the way be assured but Royal Mail have asked me to let all customers know deliveries are taking between 5 to 10 working days minimum , there is absolutely nothing I can do to speed up the service as we are all in the same situation.
