My entire inventory is seeing 4 extra ship days added. (destroying our sales)

High volume seller, metrics excellent, On-Time delivery rate at 93%, promise days added, only says 1.3 days, but we are seeing 4.

Account Health 572

ODR is 0.29% (need less than 1)

Late Shipment 2% (need less than 4%)

Cancel Rate 1.98% (need less than 2.5%)

Valid Tracking 98.6% (more than 95%)

On-Time delivery rate at 93% (need more than 90%)

Nothing explains the punishment, everything is exceeding the expectation

Mods please investigate ASAP, worst timing for a glitch again

This usually happens around the holidays-they pad the shipping to make sure things get delivered on time. Probably not just you.

I also thought I was being punished but this is happening to many of us. Mods aren’t responding, support isn’t responding, our account manager isn’t responding.

I found one post where someone mentioned they had been told you can contact the US captive team and request exemption from this “padding” if you are over 95% ODTR but haven’t seen follow up if it actually worked and of course no mod will respond to that.

I have a very detailed case open with seller support with several test orders, screenshots of what the customer is quoted before checkout, after checkout and what the order tells me for deliver by date. There is a 4 to 6 day pad on the quoted delivery date versus after checkout to customer and when I need to deliver by.

Case 16710582931 can’t get a mod to respond even when they request the case number.

We have lost over $10,000 of sales in the last 5 weeks because we can no longer get the buy box on the products that multiple sellers offer-even with a 25% price reduction. We are losing sales on all of our own brand products as well as they are seeing 12/10/24 for deliver dates when today is 11/23 and they are located 2 states away. Handling times are 1 to 2 days and SSA is in place correctly. We also use buy shipping for 99% of our orders now.
