account deactivate need help for schedule video call

I have selected three slots for video call for identity Verification October 1st, October 4th and October 10th as per Amazon rules Amazon informs you 24 or 48 hours before making a video verification call. i have not received any notification in performance notification or any information email. please check this matter.the screenshot is below which i received on 27 september 2024.
