Someone elses selling name by buy it now?

when i view my listing i have someone elses name against buy it now button. how do I get rid of this? please help as my sales have stopped and buyers will think they are buying from me?

Are they selling the same item? If so, then this is how Amazon works.
On Amazon if the item is identical, multiple sellers should be selling against against it with the best offer winning the buy box.

This is how Amazon works - it means the other seller has the Buy Box (which only Amazon allocate/rotate). The other seller is entitled to add him/herself to your listing so long as its the exact same item and you are not brand registered on Amazon.

You might also benefit from adding more detail to the listing - bullet points, description etc. State the size, materials and so on.
As well as aiding potential buyers, you may also provide additional criteria by which your competitor’s product differs from your own.

There are several ways you can protect your listing. Show your product packaging on the images this will differentiate your product and another seller. Another option is to register a trademark.
As we all know there a lots of products on Amazon which are imported from the Far East which look the same and different brand names but comes from the same manufacturer.
Just to give you an example I ordered same item from three different suppliers who claimed their brands were different. When I received the orders they were identical products. No branding on the packaging, no warranty information or user manual.

looking at your listing I can see why they have joined it… looks very generic and if you buy one it wont look bespoke unless as suggested you show what’s different… I had a similar issue years ago and ordered from the other seller and the item was different but amazon did nothing. I guess they felt the differences weren’t enough but it was a brick wall. When it happened again I emaimed the seller pointed out that the listing unique/differences and unless theirs matches this I’d report them to amazon and gave them 24hrs… they removed themselves so maybe you should update your listing, put as much detail and close ups to highlight detsil…then email them to point out it’s your bespoke listing etc (also as per amazons policy your brand should be in the title)
