Issues with SAFE-T Claims Rejections
As a seller on Amazon, I’m extremely frustrated with how my SAFE-T claims have been handled. Every time I file a claim for a false damage issue, it is automatically rejected, regardless of the evidence I provide. In full agreement. I have submitted complete documents and descriptions for many orders, explaining why I want to file a SAFE-T Claims. However, they always refuse and their responses seem to be automated by the system. I even doubt if they have carefully examined the evidence I submitted.
