Cancel FBA orders due to Pricing Error on Listing
There was a pricing feed error on one of our products and the price of the product was reduced to 4.99 instead of 49.99. We didn’t even get the error for “Potential low pricing error”. Now unfortunately we have a lot of orders that we got with alot of people buying 100+ items of the products.
We contacted Amazon support but they said they cannot cancel any orders even orders that are in PENDING status.
Is there any solution to this as we would stand to lose tens of thousands of dollars if we don't manage to cancel those orders...

I’m afraid you will either have to fulfil these orders or cancel them and take the hit on metrics- this will be severe as Amazon don’t like sellers cancelling and you may also get negative feedback from each one. You could try contacting each buyer to explain and ask them to cancel their order, however……..
Amazon will not intervene I’m afraid.
