We had a Design Right Patent Infringement on our Account that we were unable to Successfully Appeal. This caused a deduction in Account Health Rating points and stayed on our Account for 6 months then dropped off. It didn't seem to cause any adverse issues with anything else. I may be wrong here but I think you would only face problems if your Account Health Rating points dropped below 250.
