Patent infringement issue, account heatlth

If a store has a patent infringement issue and the appeal is unsuccessful, resulting in the deletion of the listing, can it impact the overall safety of the entire store? Are there any suggestions to keep the safety of the store?

We had a Design Right Patent Infringement on our Account that we were unable to Successfully Appeal. This caused a deduction in Account Health Rating points and stayed on our Account for 6 months then dropped off. It didn't seem to cause any adverse issues with anything else. I may be wrong here but I think you would only face problems if your Account Health Rating points dropped below 250.
