Brand name was changed - need help

My products have been sold since last 2 years, and I have never edited and changed my listings, but the brand name of my products was changed to someone else's brand in 2024.I have tried many times to create a case application to restore my brand through seller support, and communicated with seller support staff, but none of them can help me solve the problem. i have open many case latest (Case ID:17549140761) all of my listing is stuck and changed need help

I just want to sell my products well in Amazon, but now my brand has been changed, and I can't edit my own products. @Sandy_Amazon @Dougal_Amazon are you able to offer assistance? thanks a lot.

Create a case with seller support and add two screenshots:

1. USPTO showing you as brand owner. Exactly as in your "Legal Entity" in your seller account.

2. GS1 search showing you as the owner who used this UPC to create the listing. Exactly as in your "Legal Entity" in your seller account.

These proofs are unbeatable and they will change the brand, but it can take some time.
