What's the deal with these replacement orders?
Another customer scam. Why should we send a replacement before we receive back their return? If the first one "didn't work", why would the second one be any better? Most of the time in my humble opinion it is another customer scam.

That's how replacements work now. If the buyer doesn't return the original order within 30 days, Amazon is supposed to reimburse you.

Also, if the buyer fails to return the original item within 30 days of the replacement order being shipped, you may be eligible for an automatic reimbursement.
