ABQ2 Refused Appointment for 2 weeks and deleted and abandoned shipments fee will occur
We use a non-partnered shipper and we pay the extra Inbound Placement Fee, but ABQ2 refused Appointment for 2 weeks.
And this is multi-destination shipment, it must be delivered before Oct-20, otherwise Deleted and abandoned shipments fee occur.
No answer from seller support( Case ID: 16444961531)
It is not reasonable that i pay extra Inbound Placement Fee, meanwhile suffer--- warehouse refused shipment Appointment + Deleted and abandoned shipments fee+out of stock.

Hello,
You need to email the Amazon Relay Operations Center (ROC) with the following addresses to find out the real issue of your shipment:
toc-ib-na-freight-refusals@amazon.com
toc-ib-na-pod-drm@amazon.com
toc-ib-na-po-bol-mismatch@amazon.com
toc-ib-na-scheduling@amazon.com
The SPS team cannot help you with this kind of issue.
Good luck :)

Greetings,
Currently, there is high demand by sellers to send their inventory to our West Coast facilities and through palletized freight ship method. This is leading to longer receive times impacting the West region.
If you are shipping your inventory with a third-party carrier and experiencing longer receive times at the desired inbound location, we highly recommend reaching out to your carrier to get a new appointment through Carrier Central.
Additionally, for any shipments in the near future we recommend that you use the Amazon-optimized shipment splits, or select Central or East regions under the Partial shipment splits or Minimal shipment splits options. Effective immediately, we’ve temporarily reduced the rate range for the inbound placement service fee for minimal shipment splits into the East region by $0.05 per unit. For adjusted rates, go to 2024 inbound placement service fee. The Amazon-optimized shipment splits option will allow us to place your shipments directly to regions with the most demand to accelerate how quickly we can bring your items to customers.
Thanks for your patience throughout this process!
