Urgent Request for Account Reinstatement – My Family’s Livelihood at Stake
Hello Amazon Support Team,
My name is Amar, an Amazon seller based out of Indiana, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and a sense of urgency. A few weeks ago, my account was deactivated due to a Section 3 policy violation, allegedly for "inauthenticity." I have tried everything within my reach to address this, but each appeal has been met with the same roadblock, leaving me in a position of deep concern for my business and my family’s well-being.My business partner and I invested into a supplement gummy product to resell on amazon. His product checked in with no issues, but my listing was flagged, resulting in an account suspension that feels both unfair and unexplained.
I have provided every document you’ve requested—tax IDs, EINs, invoices, and supplier contacts—each time hoping for a breakthrough, but I’m met with silence and rejection. I am now in a position where my only option appears to be costly legal intervention, with fees ranging from $1,000 to $2,000. For a small business owner like myself, this is an overwhelming expense. This business is my family’s sole source of income, and we’re now facing financial uncertainty with the peak Q4 season slipping away. I have put all my savings into inventory, counting on these sales to support us through the holidays, but with my funds frozen, I am left in a dire position.
I am humbly and urgently requesting your help to reinstate my account. I am a legitimate, hard-working Amazon seller committed to doing things right. It is devastating to watch my business suffer while my business partner continues to sell the same product without issue.
I am genuinely at a loss and have no other options left. Please help me correct this situation so I can continue to provide for my family. Your assistance would mean everything to us.Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

Sorry you and your family are in such dire straits, but if you're selling the same products as your business partner, it's easy to see why you were deactivated. No one even needs to see your deactivation notice from Amazon as it's a safe bet you don't have the proper paperwork Amazon needs to reactivate your account.
Nike? Not allowed for certain. Easy Spirit, Chex, Kinder's, etc. Doubtful. No LOAs from the rights owners of each of those brands stating specifically that you can sell their products on Amazon equals no active account.
Sorry, but the harsh reality is you won't be able to resolve this. You've learned a very hard lesson here that OA/RA are no longer allowed on Amazon. Hopefully you weren't doing FBA as you're very unlikely to get your items back.
"...while my business partner continues to sell the same product without issue." Your partner may be next on the Amazon chopping block. You might want to warn them.
