Account deactivated. - Business Legal Entity
Hi,
My account has just been deactivated with no warning.This is the message I received.
We recently asked you to update your business legal entity. Your Selling on Amazon payment account has been temporarily deactivated because you did not provide this document. Your listings have been removed. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue. If you have any open orders, please ship them to avoid further impact to your account.
Why is this happening?
We recently asked you to update your business legal entity. You have not updated this information.
I have checked my account information and there appears to be nothing missing, and I have no notifications about this on any of the marketplaces.
I emailed seller support and they said I need to complete a plan of action report. The only issue is I have no idea what the “Root Cause” of why this has happened and as a result cannot accurately create one.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you for all your help. We have submitted a 3rd case now, hopefully 3rd time lucky and we are allowed to verify our account.
