please take this issue seriously i called many times no service provided by call cenere they cant even speak properly and nothing to understand query , they only saying i will transfer your case via mail then why you open this call in one min...please can anyone call me from uk only and support team who is really know about amazon

You won't get calls from the UK. You also won't get much of a response here. It's just a forum of other amazon sellers.
You can share what your issue is, and advice could be shared - but otherwise - you'd need to open an email case with seller support from the Help pages.

Its just a forum of sellers just like you with no access to yours or any account
If you can be specific then a mod may be able to forward your question to right Amazon team but no promise of an answer.
