psp kyc problem
I suddenly had a KYC problem in my Payoner account, from which I receive payments regularly. I contacted Payoner, and they told me that there was no deficiency or problem on their part, and that I should send my customer ID and ID picture to Amazon. I wrote to Amazon. I sent all my documents, the screenshot of the problem, my Payoner information, my ID information, and my marketplace ID information. But I couldn't get any results. Can you help me how to solve this problem?

Remember, Payoneer is a money broker, not a bank. Amazon does not like dealing with money brakers because they are unregulated domestically and internationally. Try opening an account with a real B&M bank, and the problem will end.

Hello @Seller_aS0oxFBDjRsOI,
Thank you for reaching out. While I won't be able to see any exchanges between you and the PSP, I can take a look through any cases you have open with the issue with our seller support team to see how I can best advise. Have you opened any cases on this yet?
In the meantime, you may find value in this Payment Service Provider FAQ, which does advise:
"You can find your KYC review status from your PSP account or by contacting your PSP’s customer support or account manager. Alternatively, you can also find your PSP's KYC status of the bank accounts you registered on Amazon via the Deposit methods page in your seller account."
I hope this is helpful, but look forward to connecting further.
Cheers,
Micah
