Postcard
I have a problem and would like suggestions on how to resolve it. I was asked to confirm the company's address by sending a postcard. Amazon states that they sent 3 postcards (the maximum number they send), the carrier states they delivered them, but I haven't received any! I've talked to the neighbors, and no one received anything... In the meantime (this started in November), my company changed addresses. I've already made all the necessary legal changes, but I can't receive another postcard because they say I need to receive this one first before initiating another address confirmation. As a result, I'm not receiving payments, and I haven't sent more inventory because I'm at risk of being blocked. My inventory is almost zero, I've opened dozens of tickets, I've made phone calls... what they say is that I have to open another account and give up on this one, losing all the money! Has anyone experienced this before?

My name is CR and I wanted to hop in here to see if I could get you some additional information. .
I did take a quick look at your account and so see that it is showing your postcard was delivered to a mailbox back on 1/22/2024. You can find the tracking of this within your Account Info on your address verification page.
Are you able to see that on your end? Or are you saying you updated your address after submitting for a postcard? If so, that may cause some issues here.
