Customer requesting change of address
I can’t remember the last time a customer asked to change address. Today I’ve had three of them, all on orders that appear to be pending but are not on my pending orders page.
Do Amazon hide them after the customer has sent a “request delivery address change” e-mail? It’s fortunate that none of them have actually come through.
We use Buy Shipping so can’t changed the address.

I love how Amazon messages have an option for the title for customers to actually request a change in shipping address but then you aren’t actually allowed to do it. Why do they have the option to request it just to be told no, its mental!
