customer and returns fbm .

hi .. so iam doing FBM and this week a customer wanted to return an item ..

i do print on demand so cant really accept returns , i tried to just accept and issue refund but the box is greyed out ....

i dont know how to initaite the refunnd .do i just wait

I wouldn't wait as that leaves you liable to getting an A-Z Claim.

If all you are doing is trying to refund without getting the item returned - try going to the order itself from Manage Orders and process a refund from there.
