HACCP Certificate rejected for supplements listing

I am a reseller of a supplements brand. After several weeks of selling the products, Amazon asked for compliance documentation in the form of a HACCP certificate or GFSI.

The brand owner of these supplements ascertained the documents, which show the manufacturer is compliant. The documents don't specifically mention the supplements brand, which I believe is not a requirement as they will likely be making supplements for many brands. Surely they don't expect the actual name of the manufacturer to be named in the listing via the Title and bullet points?

I raised a ticket with Amazon as well as spoke to someone on the phone however I was told they cannot help. The response I get from Amazon is from an email address -

I have emailed them also, but continue to get generic responses.

Amazon continuously rejects the submissions and sends back a generic response:

Has anyone got any tips in resolving this?

Amazon will require the brand you are selling under to be named on the documentation, without this there is no link to show that the documentation is for the particular product that you are selling.

We are in the same situation as you. I've spoken to the manufacturers, they are scratching their heads too. They've been contacted by several others they manufacture for, no one knows what to do about this. I'll report if I get this resolved.

Probably, the certification document is not the one they accept. Typically if the manufacturer is BRCGS or ISO 22000:2018 Food safety management system certified then a certificate highlighting that would work.

I take it the manufacturer is logged in the data for the product on amazon though. And this matches the manufacturer on the certification?
