Took a while for my review to be done, I had to raise a support ticket in the end as I needed to print the shipping labels off. I don’t think there is a way to track what position it’s in without speaking to seller support, they will then refer it to the relevant team and update you.

Have you uploaded the actual Hazmat product data - “Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) (formerly MSDSs or Material Safety Data Sheets)” typically they are PDF Documents you upload once done this normally take 2-4 days , you don’t get any notification you have to keep checking.

I am having a HAZMAT review on one of the ASIN,which is already in FBA and have been selling for a few days. l have uploaded the MSDS and the Exempt Sheet but my listing is still inactive. I have raised several tickets with seller support, but keep being told its still being processed l will get an email when complete. Its been almost two weeks now. Any one who has had a HAZMAT review and has managed to get in contact with the team please help.

This is what I feel currently with two different HAZMAT warnings , would not mind but the items have been selling for 6 months,
One is a crayon set - everything uploaded over 2 weeks ago - still not active,
One is a plastic clock that says REQUIRES 2 x AA batteries- and they want (and have been given a data sheet) - they keep bouncing it back as I am not completing the battery SDS - Keep explaining there are NO batteries…

It is “Not Applicable.”
The item was selling fine, FBA and FBM before Christmas up until late Feb… then it went under review for FBA
There are lots of other clocks we have in FBA (same item, just different character)… but this has randomly gone HAZMAT

It can take up to a week to process a Hazmat review once you’ve uploaded the MSDS Saftey sheet, as long as it’s a manufacturer original it should not take longer than this, the time can vary some take a couple of days but not normally more than a week. We’ve only had to do this for around 15 products from 770 that vary greatly in the type of products, none of which carry any related Saftey / Hazmat issues or even batteries.
