Shipment Reconciliation
Hello,
Please help us follow up on our open cases in Seller Central. We have shipment discrepancies for our Shipment. Here are the open cases we have: 17439991661, 16783751991, 17660024551.
The Seller Support has been ignoring our cases for about 5 months now. I’ve already asked for multiple follow-ups and escalations, but we still haven’t received a proper response. Please help us escalate this to the correct team.
Also, if possible, could you provide us with an email address where we can directly communicate with the reconciliation team? Thank you!

I reviewed these cases and see that they are still open and pending further review.
I understand that it can be frustrating to wait for responses, but the process takes time. I do not have a path to expedite that process, and there is no direct email address for that team.
