The customer refused to pay the tariff and complained to us

FBM order, the customer bought some filters, and we ship them out in our factory.

After the package arrived in France, there was a tariff. The customer refused to pay and complained to Amazon that we did not deliver it on time.

Now our account is in danger because we have only few FBM orders.

That’s unfair

If you mean import duties, the customer should not have had to pay
You need to ensure that duties are prepaid either via IOSS or DDP services (whichever is relevant)

It’s against amazon policy to leave it to the customer to pay extra to receive the item and is a suspendable policy

Hey @Dibea_Robotics_EU,

@The_Little_Shop is correct, I have attached this link that may help with your query, Fulfilling International Orders on Your Own, more specially this piece of text,

“Do not expose customers to customs delays and additional duties and taxes on their products. It is your responsibility to take care of such matters when you deliver the product.”

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Winston
