When will the Amazon/Evri returns QR code issue be acknowledged and resolved?
Buyers are not able to use the QR code which are generated by Amazon as a work around using Royal mail

You can't remove Evri. We are just doing as you are and providing a Royal Mail QR code of our own instead. In fairness it costs us less so...
I reported it over a year ago - issue is still ongoing. That shows you how little amazon seem to care about it.
I did flag it again with Seller Support, but they just asked for affected Order IDs and I thought you know what, I just can't be bothered to do this and then not be understood.
