Someone from Amazon please look at this Payment issue for me as i'm going around in circles with support!
Last year AMEX stopped receiving Amazon EU disbursements. Unfortunately we were not aware of this until several disbursements were made by Amazon from France and Italy and as such AMEX told us they were bounced back to Amazon.
So basically i'm trying to have these payments resent to our new provider.
Please can someone from Amazon help as the Amazon support system will not let me progress this issue.
