Grocery & Gourmet Application Denied Multiple Times

I keep getting the same rejection message for my Grocery & Gourmet application "We have reviewed the documentation you provided and determined that you are not eligible to sell Grocery & Gourmet Foods products. We evaluated the information you provided, but it did not pass our review."

I have submitted the invoice from my supplier(PDF), provided actual pictures of the product and my account is healthy. I have responded to the messages asking for feedback on what the issue is or what is missing but that question is never answered. Can someone from Amazon please help me?
