Amazon is asking for the things above, for a account that i recognize that belongs to my aunt who lives 3-4 hours away from me, does this appeal include everything it should have to get me reinstated

I acknowledge that Amazon may have records indicating the shared use of my computing laptop during the specified timeframe, and I affirm the accuracy of this information.
