Buyer scamming us! Says he got books, we sell automotive accessories and parts.

Been in business going on 17 years and I've never felt so helpless and unable to prevent scammers. We do not face scammers on any other platform, websites, Amazon's competitors. They may try, but never get far. Here on Amazon they get away with it. Full refunds on tracking scan and they send back a different product.

This one takes the cake! Guy messages us saying we sent him books. It honesty feels like a seasoned scammer or competitor. Every move has been a chess move understanding Amazon's systems. It's not that I don't see it. It's that I can't do anything about it.

Not only did he message us, once we told him we would be contacting his police to file a fraud report, he started moving his pieces fast. Opened up a return immediately. Left negative feedback immediately. Won't reply to our messages, not once. He doesn't need too, nor does he care. He's getting exactly what he wanted.

We only sell automotive accessories and parts. There are no books to be shipped! This is such a ridiculous thing. Package arrives back tomorrow. Generally curious how he fit books in the box, unless they're paperback and rolled up or something.
