Sales not showing

Hi ,
Since early hours this morning (20/5/20) sales figures are ZERO , no updates !

Yep, almost had a heart attack this morning when I saw only 6 sales! :slight_smile:

Happens very occasionally, still selling but sales not updating. We’ve been stuck on 10 since 7am.

Under manage orders, can see orders- pending and completed but in summary it shows as 0.00

Having the same problem, sales are coming through, but the figures are not changing from £29 for us, had the shock of my life this morning.:joy::joy::joy:
