Christmas Shipping times??
Can anybody help - My amazon listings suggest that if ordered today their delivery will not be expected until 30-31 December.
My shipping settings are set to same day dispatch and one day delivery with an order cut off of 2pm. So if a customer ordered today, they'd have their order either tomorrow, the 23rd, 24th, 27th OR 28th. There are literally 4 days in which they could receive their order before the 30th.
I notice other sellers not offering prime have estimated delivery dates of 24th. Why is mine not the same? This is costing me in loss of business and is totally unnecessary.
Not to mention Amazon not to long ago automatically enrolling me in automated shipping which cost me nearly an entire months worth of business. Getting sick to the back teeth of the way this site operates.

Following on your thread. I want to ask did you try updating activating operations days? Longer time frame days could be because the system has holiday days on the system.
If you plan to send Fulfilled by Merchant orders on public holidays, you will need to activate the operation days during that period, so go to:
Settings > Shipping settings > Holidays to change public holidays to “operating days”.
Note: Allow up to four hours for updated holiday settings to be reflected in your delivery promise and orders received.
