MATHCING ERROR - PLEASE HELP! ... The value 'L/XL' specified cannot be used as it conflicts with the value 'L-XL' for ASIN Z in the Amazon catalogue.
The value 'L/XL' specified cannot be used as it conflicts with the value 'L-XL' for ASIN Z in the Amazon catalogue. If this is ASIN 'B0CFK3H4LM', update the value to match the ASIN data. If this is a different product, update identifying information (UPC/EAN/Part Number/etc).
My questions are as follows:
1) Where did this value "L-XL" come from?
2) How do I see the ASIN Z in the Amazon catalogue?
3) Which is correct, "L/XL" OR "L-XL"?
4) Is this error related to the Apparel Size Value? Is it an issue that there is no standard Apparel Size Value for L/XL?
5) HOW DO I FIX THIS?! Amazon support are no help.
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!

L-XL is the value another seller has contributed to the listing and you can't overwrite it with L/XL
The ASIN may not currently be active in the catalogue, you maybe able to see it by going to add a product. Sometimes though old ASIN's that are not being sold by any seller do not show in add a product.
I think L-XL and L/XL says the same thing basically so either can be used. You will have to use L/XL as this is the contribution from another seller
I don't think there is a standard for L/XL. Mostly apparel items are L or XL. Some maybe designed to fit L/XL but it the exception.
You fix it by setting your apparel size to L-XL as it currently is in the catalogue
