Problem listing
hi 👋, I have a problem like error 8572, that is to say that the GTIN number that I purchased from GTS1 does not correspond to the ASIN on Amazon, when creating my listing. Does anyone have an idea about this problem? thanks in advance.

I'm sorry you're running into Error 8572. There is information available in the Listings Lounge: What you need to know about 8572 Error codes, including troubleshooting steps. Please also note that it can sometimes take a week or longer for Amazon to sync with GS1 and see new codes as valid, which can also cause this error code. I'd recommend giving more time for this to apply, and using the above help page as reference to get in touch with Support with the required information as needed.
