Video ID verification nightmare! and seller verifications has taken 2 years
I registered to be an amazon seller 2 years and 3 months ago and immediately my account was deactivated for no reason and ive been trying so hard to get my account in good standing and i always submitted the correct documents but i keep on getting rejected by the automated response from the seller support branch . 3 weeks ago i got links to amazon meetings and whenever i clicked the link it would tell me to try again in 3 days time up until monday it finally worked and now im here before the meeting started and the associate is yet to show up and i have other things to do its so frustrating for 2 years ive sent documents only for them to get rejected because of the incompetent seller support systems . please help me please i beg you

ALL new accounts are deactivated whilst they check and verify all the information you have provided, both personal ID and business info., so that is not unusual. However, if they have failed to fully verify your seller account in all that time there must be some reason why. Others have also reported about the video link person/associate not showing up.
There is no-one here can help you with your verification, it really is all down to Amazon accepting all your documents. Sorry, I know that is not what you want to hear, but personally, if it was me, I would simply forget about selling on Amazon and sell on other platform.

The cases that you shared were created for amazon.com account.
I am confused which account you want to reactive and would require video verification. Is it EU or amazon.com?
